Kenmre Elite Top Loader stops working after fills with water

Our Kenmore Elite Top Loader 2 year old washing machine starts, fills with water then stops working. This happened a couple of times last week & I could turn it off & restart & it worked fine.

This week it did this - but will not start again. Any ideas on a solution before calling the repairman?
