Keston C25 Boiler Bubbling and Gurgling

Anyone know a solution to this- boiler is about 5 years old- never had any problems with it but it has started bubbling and gurgling and struggling to fire up.

I would be really grateful if anyone can help!

blocked condense. you need a service too. very inportant on this boiler. as well as a co detector.

Thanks Gavinda- that sounds right as I just removed a small nozzle off a pipe from the condenser and loads of brown sludge fell out. There is a bigger waste pipe behind it which all goes into condense unit but I can't seem to remove this- any ideas?

I will get it serviced asap!

yeah stop what you are doing! these hoses may be connected to the flue and let carbon monoxide into your house if you mess with them.

Thanks Gavinda. Had engineer out this morning- pump has stopped working so cabinet is overheating and he reckons air is trapped in the system. Needs to order new pump so no heating for the time being.
