kitchen monoblock sink tape

my tape is hard to turn off otherwise it leaks I think i need to change the washers how do I do It?

Prising the covers off the taps will give you access to the actual tap to allow you to remove it from the body.

thanks for the reply I tried to do it looks stuck when I undo it like am opening the water still does not come off and I do not want to force it any clue?

Thats the usual way and you need a very fine screwdriver (or something similar) to get them off. Also check around the outer tap body that there isn't a small grub screw. I have seen those before, but not many.
