Kitchen sink leak

Anybody know where I can get hold of a replacement seal? The original has shrunk, gone brittle, deformed and cracked. Tried my local guy and he says you have to buy the complete kit. Seems a shame to have to do that.

Thanks for that. Didn't expect to get the full thing quite that cheap, but it's not about the £££, it goes against the grain to go that way when we're constantly told to minimise use of oil etc!
Plumbers Mate has one but by the time £3 delivery added nothing in it.
