Kitchen sink tap high pressure cold lower pressure hot

When we had our kitchen done about 17 years ago we had issues with the kitchen tap as the one that was installed was a monoblock tap and it didn't work well.

We have quite high mains water pressure, but we are on a conventional boiler system, so hot water pressure is much lower.

After a few years of putting up with the monoblock I fixed the issue by buying a tap which had two taps but also had two pipes all the way to the end of the outlet. Meaning they didn't mix until they were coming out.

The above worked perfectly but I'm struggling to find many like this, are there any specific search terms that I should be using to find this type of tap?
