Unless the plaster is very sound, you may find it difficult to remove them without having to replaster the wall. Personally, I would start off by making a few small holes with a tile drill to get the first one off, you could of course try breaking the tiles by tapping gently with a hammer, and a diamond chipped chisel. But be sure to wear goggles to protect your eyes.
When you have removed the tiles, you will have the additional job of removing the hardened tile cement from the wall, which may be even more difficult.
