Hi Guys,
I thought I would have a go with some KRend - never having used it before and only being amateur DIY'er.
I put the stuff on, confident in the knowledge that I would be able to float it the day after (or later in the evening).
My first mix - shambolic - couldn't work it out at all. Second mix - not bad - went on the wall - so I continued.
I went back to float it and came to the conclusion that it was on too thin - I could see my blocks underneath in some areas. A look at the KRend website instructions revealed that it needed to go on 18mm thick. So I tried it again on another wall - which leads to my question - how the hell do you get it on so thick? I suppose I could build it up but I didn't think that was the point of KRend.
Feel free to put me right.
Many thanks in advance,
Gareth
