Leak at tap stem

A small leak. At the base of the stem on my mixer tap that happens when the tap is turned on.

As you can see from the back of the tap there is a small screw.

Amy help how to sort appreciated.

Remove screw then pull neck out.
Then the fun starts trying to find a replacement o ring

Something like this if you can check your dimensions. But check the excisting ones havn't become dislodged or warped, may just need some silicon grease.
