Is this a service kit gaz? Cant find it anywhere when i try and search parts centre or boiler spares online firms.

Where do you get it from?

yea its a service kit - i can get ya the manu numba aswell if ya want?

manufacturers numba 840501 (rememba its off an halstead but it fits on your boiler) oh and on my computer its listed at £25!

THanks Gaz. Got the service kit as you suggested as was in stock locally.

In a previous post you mentioned 'have plenty of silicone grease ready'. Is this for use within the cover plate, once the diaphragm has been changed?

This also looks like being an expensive leak. I switched the boiler off when i found the leak. However, the microswitch must have shorted and it looks like its taken out the pcb. Visible scorch marks in the bottom centre of the pcb next to a square blue ? relay. Oh well!!
