Hi
I have a leak in the outside corners of a bay window bedroom
Wall under window is of timber construction and rendered.
I think the water is getting in via the mitre joints on the cell
Findindi its way under the frame and then into the internal plasterboard
The frame and sills are hardwood.
As a belt and brace method to cure, I’m thinking of covering sill with something (flexible?)
And sealing as necessary with silicone.
Can someone suggest a suitable material or product please?
Cheers
