Leaking during rinse cycle

My whirlpool washer is leaking during the rinse cycle and the out of balance code appears. I adjusted the load and even washed a few items and the problem still occured. I just want to get some ideas on what type of problem this could be and how much a fault like this would cost me. Otherwise the washer functions normal.

I would fix the leak and then check to see how it runs. You have to fix the leak anyway, so for me, one thing at a time. If you need help disassembling your washer, you'll need to post a model number. It could be the pump leaking which is pretty common.
