Leaking flat roof, can I just pour bitumen ?

Hi

My garage roof looks like its seen better days, looks like its leaking on the felt overlays and nail holes. I havent got the money for a new roof which is ideally what I would like but to keep it in an OK condition in can I just apply a Bitumen water proofer like the below?

Is it just a pour and roll job and would I be ok doing this on top of the existing felt roof?

Should be fine - clean the roof of as much debris as possible first . Wickes have many leaflets in store about their products and their uses
