Hi,

i have two problems i need help with.

1. My mono tap leaks from the inside and runs out of the tap internals when i have it running . I put a new seal in , and it stopped, however it has started to leak again within a few minutes. Why?

2. Bought a new bathroom suite from MFI last year. I have a push button cistern, and all valves etc... are bulit within the cistern. The valve seal that stops the water when it gets to a certain height has perished and slowly re-fills the cistern . Apparantly i cannot get a new seal as itis foreign parts i was told.

I cant find a cistren valve / shut off to fit as its a side entry but within the inside, it doesnt connect to the cistern wall at all. Its via a cooper pipe from the inlet pipe for water.
