I have a very slight leak on a soldered pipe joint. The pipe is part of the central heating circuit. Is there an easy way to repair it, or do I have to drain the sysyem and replace the joint?

Whether you choose to add more solder to the joint or completely renew it you will still have to drain down :(
Best to sweat it off, clean thoroughly and solder a new joint
