can anybody help my mother got a old back boiler and leaking rad upstairs i know she will qualify for a grant for new central heating i removed the rad because badly rusted around valve and capped the two pipes now radiator down stairs leaking same place. ??

Just do the same and cap the rad. Then get on with sorting her grant out before next winter.
thanks but can u tell me is there a pressure guage on the back boiler as with a combi ? maybe because i removed rad pressure was built up to cause leak in downstairs rad?
