leaking shower Help!

we've had a shower fitted but have discovered a leak behind a stud wall.

The leak seems to be coming from a misaligned thread (?) nearest to the camera where it goes into the ring.

Whats the best way of unscrewing this... its stuck fast.

is there a specialist tool for this?

Allen key?
Not sure I like the angle of the copper pipe to the left either unless it is the camera lens making it look out of square to the fitting.

Yup, large allan key, may be the same size as a Rad Key, If the thread's chewed then you may need both a new wall plate elbow and connector . Get the installer back in to fix if it's newly fitted!!
