Odd leak in shower

Hi,

We've recently had a Mira Atom Shower installed and we are experiencing a leak at the point where the hose attaches to the shower. The hose does not leak when the shower is off. However, when the unit is off water collects and drips down the side of the hose. Water continues to drip throughout the day. (Photo attached)

Any help appreciated

sounds like the washer is missing from where the hose screws onto the shower mixer.

Yes, I thought that as well, but there's a washer there and it happens when the hose is empty.

Internal leak in the unit then that just happens to come out where the hose connects.

Get the installer back.

Yes get the installer back, it could be a washer from my very limited experience but you shouldn't have to worry about sorting that.
