Hi
Firstly can you supply a model number for the machine.
There is usually 2 causes for this problem.
1: the pipe going from the Dispenser is blocked with soap, if this is the case then the water will appear to come from the dispenser itself and run like a waterfall down the front of the machine, if you pull the drawer out the dispesor will be full of water.
2: the second reason (this is model specific) is the pipe has popped off the front of the Drum. What you get if this happens is a wet floor, but no water running down the outside of the machine, it runs down the inside of the machine and hits the floor.
Both problems are easy and FREE for you to fix yourself.
