Hello all,

Victorian terrace, garden slopes downhill so there is a retaining wall built at the end of the patio area. Neighbouring houses have the same thing.

When we moved in, there was a large brick planter built in front of it. We knocked it out to reveal what you can see in the pics.

You can see the slight lean compared to the fence post which is vertical.

Roughly 1m height 4m length. The top of the wall leans around 10cm further out than the bottom.

What are our options here for a long term solution? We want to deck the patio area and so don't want to revisit this. How big of a job is a rebuild considering the wall runs straight into the neighbours side.. can it be done without disturbance on their side?

As always, appreciate any advice
