I have an 14-month old 10x8 shed, custom built by these people
Very good job they did too, and I'd recommend them if you live in the area :)

But - at the left-hand side as you face the front, the shed is now leaning forwards - it's about an inch out of line towards the top. At the right-hand side, it's very slightly out, but almost level. The base (2" concrete slabs laid on top of the old concrete base) is level, as is the floor of the shed.

What's going on? Has the frame of the shed simply twisted slightly? Is there anything I can do about it?

Could be timber bearers giving in under the weight (rotten?)

Most likely that there's not enough diagonal bracing inside. Push it back into shape and prop it, then add diagonal strips of 4x1 to the inside walls. This will stop any lateral movement.

Thanks.
Not rotten bearers (only 14 months old, and look fine).
No diagonal bracing inside, so I'll do as you suggest.
