I am doing my bathroom with vinyl click and after checking the floor there is a slight dip in the middle.
I marked the dip out and starting filling with multi purpose filla and then realised this is water soluble and goes back to paste with water!
I tried to find a clear varnish at DIY but nothing suitable so I bought a tub of ready to use thin set. I’m not bonding with it, but I figure thinset doesn’t run like that filla does on exposure to water.
is this a suitable solution.
it’s luxury Vinyl click with underlay on the planks, am I being paranoid that water will get through that?
the worry is, the bit where I have the filla is the bit that’s likely to get wet as it’s by the entrance to the shower.
