Levelling garden for pool?

20ftx12ft Bestway one.

Looking at the garden its not that bad. Not measured yet but probably only falls away about 3 inches or so. Still need to do.

Anyone attempted this? Or better to get a pro in to do it properly?
 
That’s about 1.5 tons of material to add or remove/spread plus what you need to do around the edges
