Lever snapped off mixer tap

I have a 1/4 turn ceramic disc mixer tap in my kitchen:

and the inside of the cold tap lever (where the spindle bit attaches) has cracked. So it slips instead of gripping.

Any ideas on how to fix ? Will I have to replace the whole lot ?
