Lifting edges on old wallpaper

I want to paint over old wallpaper which has already had one coat of paint applied a few years previously.
In a few places, the wallpaper edges have lifted a bit.
What is the best way to stick them down? I assume that wallpaper paste wont work.

wallpaper paste should work fine if you have some spare...or overlap adhesive...let it soak a little first though.

Or do what us painters do when faced with such a problem...slap some emulsion behind it and push it down with the brush...works a treat!
