Light in loft

I would like to install a light in my loft. I have located the bathroom light in the loft, but the extractor is wired into this ceiling rose. I have also found the landing light, which I believe is the end of the run, however this is controlled from a swich downstairs and upstairs.

Basicallly my question is what is the easiest way to wire up and control this loft light which will get used 10 times in ayear if its lucky?

you need a lighting cable that is permanetly live the you wiree in your new light via a switch, see this
