Linear 24 combi, radiators only warm

Hi all

Recently have a problem with my linea 24 boiler hot water works fine but all the rads are only getting as warm as a greggs pasty. Already changed the sensors on the heating and water. Last night I also changed the pump head but stillness change cracked open the heat exchanger and some of the pads have deteriorated. Could changing these be the fix? Look forward to your help if u need anymore info let me know thanks.
