Logic combi 30 & Cm921 thermostat

Hey wonder if anyone could help me out ive got a logic 30 combi boiler with a honeywell cm921 thermostat couple of days ago battery died to so i replaced it with new Duracell battery, but doing so i had to re bind the thermostat to the receiver, now its connected with the green light coming on when the temperature goes above the room temperature but the boiler fails to ignite for central heating i can only get the boiler to ignite when i turn hot tap on

Any ideas ??

Also ive done all reset procedures
 
download the instructions it tells you how to rebind in the meantime
you could always press the grey button on the receiver to get heating but get the manal
