I'm looking for recommendations for someone to do some simple rewiring in a flat in central London.
There are twobasic jobs that need doing:
1: move existing wiring for sockets under floorboards. Currently the flex is clipped to the skirting boards, with surface-mounted boxes. Needs to be moved under the floorboards and chased in (one, possibly two rooms)
2: convert ceiling lighting. Currently two pendant lights. Need to build false ceiling with low-voltage or GU10 fittings
I could do the above myself, but sadly no longer have the time - if you have anyone you would recommend, I'd be very grateful
