Long Pick axe handles

Hi there, does anyone know if and where they sell longer pick axe handles? I have had a good search of the net and can only find the 900mm (36") standard in the UK. I am working in my garden and love my mattock but the short length of the handle is causing me to have a really poor posture which leads to lots of back pain.

Thanks but its round for a hoe and will not fit a pick axe/mattock as they are oval fittings

Modify to fit using a spoke shave?

Not a large enough diameter to get the oval shape out of it I would have thought, for a pick you would need 3” diameter to whittle down

It was worth asking - with adze eye claw hammers that have wooden handles it's quite normal to modify the handles to fit the eye
