Hello I'm wondering can anyone recommended a level that I can set in a room so I can get all the horizontal lines. Even one that would shoot a laser out both ends and not to expensive.

I tried a laser level some years back but found that the line is too fuzzy to be accurate enough for a tiling line. Maybe they have improved, I don't know.

There are some who swear by modern lasers but for diy use stick with a spirit level.

I bought a cheapy rotating level but as squeaky said, line is fuzzy, a few mm wide , fine for brickwork etc for tiling you are going to fit batoning ? so conventional level more useful.
