Loose toilet seat

One of the hinges on my toilet seat has become loose.

This may sound simple, but I can't work out how to tighten it!

The picture below shows the design of the toilet. I can't get my hand far enough around the back to reach the underside of the hinge, and I can't see a way to tighten it from the top.

Any wise advice available?

some don't tighten underneath.
some sit in a blind hole and under the chrome cover is how you tighten them

Flip up the round chrome bit with a small screwdriver and you will see a screw to tighten it down.

Thanks for that. I can't manage to shift it at the moment; I think a bit more effort might be needed

be careful as it may be one that screw on the underneath can you not use a small mirror to double check.
