i have a glowworm combination boiler which is about 4 years old. Over a period of time i noticed we were having to top it up more and more often. We now have to top up twice a day so i thought it must be a leak so checked all pipes. No leak. Narrowed it down to when boiler set to hot water only , pressure goes down alot slower, top up maybe 1 day later. When CH option is on even if not actually running then we lose pressure. At this point have also noticed water on and damp around exterior bow off pipe. Could there be a problem with pressure release valve?
