Losing water seal from WC

ever time i flush the toilet i lose all the water in the bottom of the pan.

any ideas how i fix the problem?? this has only just started, it slowly fills back up but when i flush again, the water goes again ??

any ideas ?

you have probably got a blocked drain outside

lift some manholes and have a butchers
 
it is possiable to reseal, the water seal in the the bottom of the wc pan ?

could it be anything to do with self siphonage ?

ill take a look at the drains outside in the mean time.
