low pressure

Could you give me some advise?

when i come in from work my pressure gauge is sitting below 1 bar, just in the red, but after i run my hot water or but the heating on it goes to about just over 1 bar, do i have a problem or is this ok?

A small rise in pressure is normal when the boiler is on.
When cold the pressure should be between 1-1.5 bar, check your
