Low water pressure indoors

As above, all of our taps and shower the water only trickles out, I've checked the combi boiler and the pressure gauge shows 1 bar, I went to top it up manually but even with the top up loop opened, it didn't increase pressure. Kitchen sink tap and outside cold tap are both just a trickle too. Had a look on Afinity Water website and it says you should be able to fill a bucket in 30 seconds, it takers about 5 minutes at present

Stopc0ck hasnt been touched, and I've checked it too. Anything else i should check before calling them please?

Sorry, not really DIY related but its a pain (and probably a simple fix too)

Not really, if all taps have the same problem and nothing has been altered then it sounds like a supply issue. Are any neighbours affected?
