That's what it's marketed as, yes - two big magnets with adapters to attach onto Magnaclean valves, and a vibration pad to fit into an SDS drill to vibrate the debris into suspension in the radiators, to then be circulated by the central heating pump. IMHO it's best when used in conjunction with a powerflushing machine
