Mains Combi-boiler - valve leaking

Hello folks,

Just had a new Mains combi boiler fitted and it's only been few weeks and the pressure keep going down often.

Called back the guy who fitted and he found a valve near the boiler that's leaking. Asked it's leaking and says does not know? Twice called him for the same problem, now he isolated it to the valve.

Any ideas fellas.

Is that part of the boiler, as the engineer might say it's not the boiler, so have to pay a separate charge.
