Apparently the guy is a criminal and was in prison in UK, he was in the process of being deported.
He was on board the aircraft with 3 deportation staff, he went to the toilet and when he came out he ran down the aircraft steps on to the airfield.
The black belt he is seen wearing is a restraint belt, when in the aircraft his hands are cuffed to it so he cant start fighting, obv it gets undone to go to the loo.
Somebody fekked up badly as normal protocol is to be accompany them to the loo and wait outside...........so either they didnt or he managed to get past them.

I heard this because one of the dog walkers I bump into does this exact job, he works for the same company. It is almost all deportation of criminals from prison.

Man chased on tarmac at Heathrow Airport
A man, who was wearing something wide around his waist, has been filmed being chased on the tarmac at Heathrow Airport near moving aircraft.
