Manual needed for Ariston cooker KT7104qo

Please help.................I need a manual for an Ariston oven that is not working properly, Our son moved yesterday into a new house. Tried cooking dinner last night and after one and a half hours the pizza's were still barely warm. Right hand button didn't seem to do anything. Any suggestions?

my dad just moved in and there is an ariston oven with no model/serial number we can find and with no manual left. for the life of us we cant make it work. has anybody got any idea what we should do? I spent ages looking to try and find a picture of one that looks like it on the internet with no luck. any help guys?

PS: how did you fix it sangar?
