Megaflo heating central heating, but not hot water

I have a Megaflo DD210he, but it has stopped heating the water for the taps. The central heating works fine, however.

I don't see any problem with the electronic hot water heating timer, and I've looked to see if the thermostat cut-out switches have come out, but they don't seem to have done so.

When the boiler comes on to heat up for the central heating, the water from the taps seem to get warmer too.

Any idea what the problem would be?

I'm confused...are you sure you've given the correct model number for your Megaflo? Any chance of some pics of your hot water and heating setup?

That model is, but that doesn't explain why he thinks that putting his heating on makes the water hotter, or why he has a boiler for his heating that apparently doesn't do the hot water...
