MegaFlo pressure

Hello,

I have an ongoing problem with my MegaFlo in that hot water regularly comes out of the discharge pipe, this causes all the hot water taps to almost cease up as there is so much pressure behind them. I have been through the process of recharging the air bubble, which works fine for about 2 months, then the same problem reoccurs.

It is a relatively new house, and I am prepared to get the builders back in, but I want to know what I am talking about when the plumbers turn up.

Can anyone advise what I should be mentioning to them to ensure that they fix the problem once and for all?

All megaflos come with a full 2 year warranty and 25 years on stainless steel cylinder. Could be the bubble has a problem, there is a known issue with this. Call Heatrae if under warranty or call their tech line if not and ask them what they think problem is.
