Hello All, My Megane runs fine at all speeds and will cruise along at 70 all day long, but if I pull of fast in first or accelerate hard in second gear it cuts out/stalls and displays "injector fault" on the dashboard, when i start it up again it drives fine all day long,sometimes the idle is a bit lumpy and was told that ERG valve may need cleaning.It is on 74000 miles. Any ideas? Rob.

Egr is worth a clean but the last one i saw with the same problem had a problem with the wiring loom to the crank position sensor from memory.
A small section of loom was replaced and it was ok after that, i think it was shorting to the engine block.
