The blurb seems disconnected from the reality.

The blurb says

"The aim is to continue MEM’s history of innovation by developing, manufacturing, and selling these dependable product ranges for years to come."

Yet the reality seems to be that.

1. The flyer says the boards themselves were transferred, but the product pages are only showing devices, not boards to put them in.
2. The prices are crazy. People will probably pay them if they need to fix one or two circuits in an existing board, but I can't see anyone choosing them for new work.
3. There doesn't seem to be any innovation, or even keeping up with the times. No AFDDs, no Surge protection.
