A friend of mine recently had central heating installed in their house and at the same time the plumber upgraded her electric shower to a Mira Discovery. Now for some reason when using the shower the temperature is always VERY hot and she has to turn the temperature down on the boiler and use the shower with the temperature at full cold.
Does this suggest that the thermostat is broken on the shower? Or could it be something else?
