mira electric shower temperature has dropped

my shower still works but the water temp has reduced along with the pressure.
i need the temp gauge at maximum to get the water hot enough to just about have a shower.

any ideas?

you may have a faulty element, so that will reduce the heating of the water. do a continuity test on the elements and your tco.
if your turning your temp dial round to max the pressure will reduce.
as thats how electric showers work by the amount of flow across the elements.

thermal cut out. it's the black unit on top of the heater tank. should have voltage both sides. resistance on a element will be 10-20ohms
