16 months ago we had a new combi boiler fitted, replacing our emersion tank and back boiler, at the same time we had a Mira Duo fitted to replace the previous shower.

After several weeks we noticed it dripped from the shower head, company came back out and reviewed and assured us that it would settle down, further calls and visits failed to rectify the situation and they are now no longer helpful or responding.

The leak is from the outlet on the body (normal exit point to the hose), apon advice I changed the cartridge today and while initially it seemed to work, after a 10min shower its now leaking again.

One thing I have noticed is that it doesn't leak when the cold feed is isolated, not sure if this is relevant, also turning the cold ISO to half way to reduce the flow doesn't affect how much it drips, only turning it fully off, current dripping every 10-15 secs which is annoying!

The inside of the unit is clean and smooth, no limescale etc, only thing I have noticed is the pressure of the shower when running is pretty strong.

The boiler is a worcester for reference.

Thanks for any pointers on what to try next

Try to see if you can get half a turn on the hose to the connection point or see if the washer is damaged

Thanks, it drips with the head/hose detached so I think the hose is irrelevant to the issue
