Have just moved house to find Mira Sprint not working. Lights come on including low flow light. No noise of any water at all. We've turned on every stopcock in the house - have consulted previous owner, so don't think we've missed anything. Does anyone know anything about these showers? We are non-experts btw. Many thanks

Probably down to the solenoid valve
Could be cos
1 Theres no power to it
2 The solenoid coil has burnt out
3 Valve physically stuck [try slapping it about a bit with the cover on]
Generally I don't consider electric showers viable to repair but this one is more expensive than most so base a decision about fixing it on expected lifespan after the repair
