Mira Sprint Shower problem...

Hi..

I am having yet more problems with my Mira Sprint shower. A few weeks ago, I had the almost annual cold shower... Ordered and replaced a new TCO, and worked fine..(although maybe psychological but the shower didnt seems as hot as it was but I put that down to colder water feed than normal due to the weather)

Anyway... 10 days on and the water has just gone cold... no moving from hot to cold for a bit.. just straight cold... and the water flow seems to be pulsing which is a bit of a new one..

Does anyone have any ideas..?

ooohh... its only a few years old so i'd guess late...

Does the flow alter ?
Should be powerful on fully cold and turning the bottom dial to fully hot the flow should greatly reduce to about a trickle.

yep... the flow alters on turning the temp dial

Flow valve fault.
New one needed.

is there a repair for this part or just a replace..?

No they are not repairable.

FLOW VALVE

You also need to check the sticker on the shower to see if it's a j92 or j95.
