no hot water

can anyone help my mira sprint shower has no hot water coming through it, the power is on but its just cold water. whats the main problem. thanks

the water pressure fine it was working fine and then no hot water?
just needed to knoe what part to order!

If you have not got a muti meter to check out the components then your guess is as good as anybodys you may as well just order a new shower
