Mixed valve for towel radiator dual fuel

I am installing a towel radiator onto the central heating system as part of an suite renovation. I want this to be dual fuel so have purchased heating element as well. Can someone tell me how/where to get a mixed valve set as i have bottom fill copper pipes and and in order to fit with dual fuel I need right angled thermostatoc valve and a straight lockshield on the other.
